One WTC files suit over withheld steel

NEW YORK ADF Steel Corp. is being sued for allegedly failing to deliver steel pieces needed to complete the antenna of One World Trade Center.
The buildings leaseholder, WTC Tower 1 LLC, claims that ADF is withholding the remaining steel for the towers antenna even though the rest of the building is structurally complete. According to the lawsuit, ADF is refusing to ship the antennas steel unless it receives $6 million owed under another contract.....
