Bank moves to seize Summit’s shredder

PITTSBURGH — Summit Inc. is facing repossession of its auto shredder.
Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America NA has asked the U.S. District Court for Indiana to allow it to take possession of the equipment without bond. The bank has told the court it wants to store the equipment on Summit’s premises in Gary, Ind.....
