SHANGHAI Lead and zinc smelters in the Hechi region of Chinas Guangxi province are gradually restarting production, according to the countrys official Xinhua news agency.
About 80 percent of local lead and zinc capacity has resumed operation after being ordered to shut down at the start of the year over pollution issues, Xinhua cited local government officials as saying. ....
