NEW YORK — The new owner of the Warren, Ohio, steelmaking facility of bankrupt RG Steel LLC is in the process of assessing the value and viability of the mill, a company executive told AMM.
BDM Warren Steel Holdings LLC, the company through which CJ Betters Enterprises Inc. purchased the Warren plant in a bankruptcy auction, said it has hired a general manager as well as other staff as it begins to winterize the mill in order to protect it for possible operation in the future.....
