NEW YORK — Allied Metal Co. has filed a lawsuit against Harvey Industries LLC alleging that the company has failed to pay at least $563,709 in outstanding invoices.
Chicago-based Allied filed the suit in the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan Tuesday, detailing an agreement stretching back to May 2011 under which Allied supplied regular shipments of A380.1 aluminum alloy to Harvey’s plant in Aiken, S.C.....
