To the Editor:
I am writing to comment on AMMs article by Michael Cowden posted on Oct. 11 entitled "U.S. still overproducing steel without RG: Lowrey" (amm.com, Oct. 11). The story quotes Paul Lowrey in saying that the United States has substantially more flat-rolled steelmaking capacity than it needs. Lowrey opined that the U.S. industry....
