Malaga halts Pasto Bueno processing plant

NEW YORK Malaga Inc. has put the processing plant at its Pasto Bueno tungsten mine in Peru on care and maintenance after a hydroelectric transmission line was accidentally severed, causing a complete power outage to the plant and mine.
Production was briefly restarted using diesel powered generators but that was found to be too costly and the company ceased output at the plant, a Malaga spokeswoman told AMM.....
