PITTSBURGH The owner of Right-Now Recycling Inc. is among nine men indicted in an alleged scheme that involved the theft of copper from a electric and gas company, then reselling it out of state.
Dennis Johnson, owner of the Cincinnati scrapyard, has been charged with conspiracy to transport stolen goods in interstate commerce and receiving stolen goods, both felonies. ....
