NEW YORK Appalachian Power Co. will file a reconsideration to the Public Service Commission (PSC) of West Virginia by Friday regarding the agencys proposed power agreement for Century Aluminum Co.s Ravenswood, W.Va., smelter.
"We have issues with some of the PSCs wording. Were hoping to get more clarity around issues like the guarantee and the length of the time wed be expected to act like a bank," an Appalachian spokeswoman told AMM, declining to comment further. ....
