NEW YORK Free-market aluminum scrap prices dropped on certain grades following further declines in London Metal Exchange pricing, with many buyers continuing to report little interest from sellers.
Used beverage cans dropped to a range of 73 to 75 cents per pound (picked-up) from 75 to 77 cents, while old cast eased to a range of 72 to 74 cents per pound from 72 to 75 cents.....
