NEW YORK — William W. "Bill" Peck has been named president of IMC MetalsAmerica LLC, a producer of electroplating anode and oxygen-free copper rod that has plans to expand.

"The company is poised for significant growth, and Bill brings a wealth of knowledge in leading teams to world-class success," Bernard Schilberg, chief executive officer of IMC parent company Prime Materials Holding LLC, said in a statement.....
