NEW YORK — AK Steel Corp. says it has already resumed discussions with Chinese buyers of grain-oriented electrical steel since the World Trade Organization’s (WTO’s) Appellate Body sided with the United States in a recent ruling and demanded China lift its duties on U.S. material (amm.com, Oct. 18).....
