CHICAGO — National Machinery Exchange Inc. has acquired Shiloh Industries Inc.’s shuttered Mansfield, Ohio, flat-rolled toll-processing plant.

Shiloh, which makes automotive steel blanks, closed the 300,000-square-foot facility in November 2011 and moved most of its production capacity to a new facility in Bowling Green, Ky. (amm.com, Dec. 20). The....
