SHANGHAI — Chinese cold-rolled coil exports rose in September, ending two months of consecutive declines, as buyers placed more orders when prices started to rebound during the month.
Volumes totaled 265,577 tonnes, up 37.5 percent from August but still down 17.9 percent year on year, Chinese customs figures show. ....
