Steel rebound will take time: Esmark chief

LAS VEGAS — This year will end up being below average for service centers, and a recovery will simply take time, Esmark Inc. chairman and chief executive officer James P. Bouchard told AMM.

"Every major industry segment is average to below average," he said on the sidelines of the Association of Steel Distributors’ fall meeting in Las Vegas. "It’s just going to take time and for everybody to have a steady hand."....
