CHICAGO Benteler Steel/Tube GmbH plans to build a $900-million oil country tubular goods (OCTG) mill in Louisiana in a bid to boost its presence in the North American market, the company said Friday.
The German unit of Salzburg, Austria-based Benteler Group said that groundbreaking on the new facility in Caddo, La., is scheduled for the spring of 2013, with construction expected to be completed by the second half of 2015.....
