PITTSBURGH — Recyclers in Abilene, Texas, have managed to stall a proposed metals ordinance and are now invited to provide input on the proposal.
The Abilene City Council was scheduled to take a final vote on the matter Oct. 25 but tabled it after recyclers voiced concerns about the language in the ordinance, according to a city clerk. ....
