CHICAGO TransCanada Corp. and Phoenix Energy Holdings Ltd. plan to jointly develop a Canadian $3-billion ($2.99-billion) pipeline system in northern Alberta.
The Calgary, Alberta-based energy company said that the two companies would each hold a 50-percent stake in the project, which is expected to move both crude oil and diluent lines about 311 miles between a producing area near Fort McMurray, Alberta, to the Edmonton region of Alberta.....
