CHICAGO Welded Tube of Canada Ltd. will invest $50 million to build a new pipe mill serving the energy sector at a former Bethlehem Steel site in Lackawanna, N.Y.
The Concord, Ontario-based company said Wednesday that initial construction is expected to begin in February, with production slated for August.....
