USA Metal Recycling relocates following lawsuit

NEW YORK — USA Metal Recycling LLC has shuttered its Siloam Springs, Ark., location and moved to a new site following a municipal zoning dispute.
The move comes after a lawsuit filed in Benton County (Ark.) Circuit Court by the city of Siloam Springs claimed that USA Metal Recycling repeatedly violated city code and failed to vacate its inappropriately....
