Court orders Tatano to pay Charter $300,000

CHICAGO Tatano Wire & Steel Inc. has been ordered to
pay nearly $300,000 to Charter Manufacturing Co. Inc. after allegedly failing
to pay for steel it received from Charter.
Mequon, Wis.-based Charter, which makes steel bar, wire and
wire products, said Houston, Pa.-based Tatano failed to pay for 15 shipments of
steel worth $295,529 made between March 12 and May 11, according to court
documents....
