CHICAGO A bankruptcy court judge in Indiana has approved the sale of Indiana Steel & Tube Inc. to E&H Tubing Inc. for nearly $5.7 million, according to court records.
The sale of Brownstown, Ind.-based Indiana Steel & Tube followed an auction Tuesday. The sale "is in the best interests of the debtor, its estate and creditors, and other parties of interest," U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Basil H. Lorch III wrote in an order approving....
