NEW YORK Heavy equipment manufacturers Agco Corp. and CNH Global N.V. reported steady sales increases in the third quarter thanks to healthy global demand for agricultural equipment spurred by rising commodity prices due to the drought in North America.
Duluth, Ga.-based Agco posted net sales of $2.3 billion for the three months ended....
