NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is offering interested parties the opportunity to request administrative reviews of various duty orders.
They include anti-dumping duty orders on imports from Nov. 1, 2011, to Oct. 31, 2012, of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Brazil, Mexico, Taiwan and South Korea, seamless carbon....
