NEW YORK U.S. Steel Corp. and Wheatland Tube Co. have separately challenged a Commerce Department change of dumping margins assessed Chinese producers of circular-welded steel pipe.
The complaints filed at the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) follow an appeal of final determinations by the Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA).....
