NEW YORK — Whayne Supply Co. and Cecil I. Walker Machinery Co. have acquired Caterpillar Inc.’s Bucyrus equipment distribution and support business in their territories.
Whayne and Walker, subsidiaries of Louisville, Ky.-based Boyd Co. LLC, are authorized Caterpillar dealers in Kentucky, southern Indiana, southeastern Ohio and West Virginia, and will now act as dealers for Bucyrus products as well as Caterpillar equipment in those regions.....
