SINGAPORE Rio Tinto Plc has entered into a power supply deal with an unnamed Chinese company for its Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project in the South Gobi region of Mongolia.
A power line from the mine to the Mongolian town of Khanbogd has been erected, which will provide the community with access to round-the-clock electricity for the first time, the London-based company said in a statement Monday.....
