CHICAGO — A Japanese producer of auto heater control panels will pay a $17.7-million fine for its role in an alleged conspiracy to fix prices for panels installed in vehicles sold in the United States and elsewhere.
Tokai Rika Co. Ltd. of Nagoya has agreed to plead guilty to obstruction of justice related to the U.S. Justice Department’s antitrust probe.....
