CHICAGO Steel tubular threading firm and service provider Benoit Machine LLC has been acquired by Steel Service Oilfield Tubular Inc., Japans JFE Steel Corp. and Kanematsu Corp. for $91.5 million.
Steel Service Oilfield Tubular chief executive officer Ron Pederson will serve as president and chief executive officer of the newly formed Benoit Premium Threading LLC, the Tulsa, Okla., tubing distributor said.....
