PITTSBURGH The owner of a North Carolina recycling operation has been arrested for allegedly violating a new law that went into effect Oct. 1 governing sales and purchases of metals.
Coty Speight, owner of Statesville-based Cotys Core Recycling, was arrested for an alleged permit violation. A court date is set for Dec. 17. ....
