CHICAGO Enbridge Inc. plans to build, own and operate a deepwater crude oil pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico.
The 34-mile-long, 20-inch pipeline is slated to run from a project operated by Anadarko Petroleum Corp., the Woodlands, Texas, to a third-party pipeline....
