PITTSBURGH — PSC Metals Inc. posted its third consecutive quarterly operating loss as higher ferrous shipments were unable to offset lower revenue and selling prices.
The company did not respond to requests for comment, but employees told AMM Friday that the scrap company has also announced a large-scale layoff—representing as many as 120 employees—at various locations.....
