CHICAGO — Processor and distributor Russel Metals Inc. has completed its Canadian $225-million ($225-million) acquisition of Apex Distribution Inc. and its subsidiaries.
Edmonton, Alberta-based Apex supplies oilfield products servicing western Canada’s oil and gas industry and the Saskatchewan potash market.....
