PHILADELPHIA — Less than a year after being appointed to a new executive position at Sims Metal Management Ltd., Alan Ratner has left to join New York-based Hugo Neu Corp.
Ratner, who was named Sims’ executive vice president of operations and safety, health, environment and community earlier this year after nearly four decades with the recycler (amm.com, Feb. 2), will join Hugo Neu Recycling LLC on Wednesday as chief operating officer, Hugo Neu confirmed.....
