Tata Steel to cut 900 jobs in UK

LONDON — India's Tata Steel Ltd. will cut as many as 900 jobs across its U.K. operations as part of a restructuring plan, the company said Friday.
The Mumbai-based steelmaker will cut 580 jobs in south Wales, along with 155 in Yorkshire, 120 in the West Midlands and 30 in Teesside, all in England, it said.....
