NEW YORK — All Metal Sales Inc. is suing GKN Aerospace New England Inc. for allegedly withholding payment for metal shipments valued at nearly $140,000.
GKN subsidiary Teleflex Aerospace Manufacturing Group, which produces engineered products for the aerospace, industrial and other sectors, received eight shipments from All Metal Sales in March, April and May 2007, according to the suit filed in U.S. District Court....
