NEW YORK A federal bankruptcy court judge in New York has moved metallurgical coal producer Patriot Coal Corp.s Chapter 11 case to St. Louis, a company spokeswoman confirmed to AMM sister publication Steel First.
St. Louis-based Patriot Coal filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection July 9 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York in an attempt to reorganize its business. ....
