NEW YORK — Sims Metal Management Ltd. has completed its acquisition of a Canadian electronics recycling company, barely three months after a buy in Maryland, the company said Thursday.
Sims’ electronics recycling business, Sims Recycling Solutions (SRS), this week acquired Langley, British Columbia-based Genesis Recycling Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.....
