NEW YORK — Stuart Horner, managing director of F.W. Hempel Metals UK Ltd., will become secretary general of the International Iron Metallics Association (IIMA) effective Jan. 1.
Horner will succeed Frank Griscom, who has served as the IIMA’s secretary general since the organization was launched in January 2011. Griscom was previously executive director of the Hot Briquetted Iron Association (HBIA) from 2007 to 2010 and was closely involved in the launch of the IIMA, which was created....
