Mill-grade aluminum scrap prices ease

NEW YORK Free-market mill-grade aluminum scrap prices eased slightly Thursday, with several major consumers reportedly sitting out the market for the rest of 2012.
Prices for 3105 segregated clippings dropped to 85 to 87 cents per pound from 86 to 88 cents, while mill-grade painted siding fell to 78 to 80 cents from 79 to 81 cents.
Aluminum-copper radiators dropped to $1.70 to $1.75 per pound from $1.72 to $1.78, while 113 sows increased to 79 to 81 cents from 78 to 80 cents per pound. ....
