NEW YORK Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) and EnerSys Inc. have signed a memorandum of understanding to "explore strategic sourcing opportunities" for lead battery materials.
Milwaukee-based JCI and EnerSys, Reading, Pa., said jointly that the move is in response to "significant change across the entire supply chain" for lead battery manufacturing.....
