NEW YORK A federal judge has dismissed a complaint filed by a grain company trying to force steelmaker Nucor Corp. to stop construction on its nearby direct-reduced iron (DRI) facility in St. James Parish, La.
Judge Sarah S. Vance ruled in U.S. District Court in Louisiana that Zen-Noh Grain Corp.s complaint, which claimed the DRI facilitys permitting process was flawed, was not "ripe for judicial review" and dismissed it without prejudice.....
