CHICAGO — Supreme Group, Canada’s largest private steel fabricator and construction business, plans to acquire Pro-V Manufacturing Inc. to bolster its ability to supply the industrial sector in Alberta.
Acheson, Alberta-based Pro-V will become part of Supreme Group effective Dec. 31, the Edmonton, Alberta-based company said Tuesday. ....
