NEW YORK — Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. is scaling back operations at its Chatham Steel Corp. division’s Ohio facility.

Chatham Steel’s distribution center in South Point, Ohio, will be wound down and used instead as a stocking and transfer station, a spokeswoman for Los Angeles-based Reliance said,....
