American Vanadium submits Gibellini mine plan

NEW YORK American Vanadium Corp. has submitted the plan of operations for its Gibellini vanadium project to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
The submission, if determined complete, will kick-start the National Environmental Policy Act review process for the Nevada project, which is expected to produce 11.4 million pounds of vanadium pentoxide....
