NEW YORK — American Vanadium Corp. has submitted the plan of operations for its Gibellini vanadium project to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
The submission, if determined complete, will kick-start the National Environmental Policy Act review process for the Nevada project, which is expected to produce 11.4 million pounds of vanadium pentoxide....
