NEW YORK — Quanex Building Products Corp. has acquired window and patio door screen manufacturer Alumco Inc.
The acquisition will allow Houston-based Quanex to expand regionally—traditionally, it has served national brands—and further downstream, a company spokeswoman told AMM.....
