NEW YORK — Outokumpu Stainless USA LLC has raised most stainless steel surcharges for January on the back of higher nickel prices in December.
The Calvert, Ala.-based company set its surcharges at 77.51 cents per pound for Type 304, up 6.2 percent from 72.99 cents in December; 50.15 cents per pound for....
