NEW YORK — ThyssenKrupp Stainless USA LLC has changed its name to Outokumpu Stainless USA LLC following the completion of the merger between stainless steel producer Outokumpu Oyj and ThyssenKrupp Stainless’s parent company, Inoxum Group.
The Calvert, Ala.-based company started up its melt shop just prior to the Dec. 28 merger (amm.com, Dec. 10).....
