NEW YORK — K. Alan Dick, executive vice president and chief executive officer of global recycling at Aleris International Inc., is leaving the company.
Dick will be replaced by Terrence Hogan, Aleris’ senior vice president and general manager of recycling and specification alloys Americas, and Russell Barr, the company’s vice president and general manager of recycling Europe, who will jointly assume Dick’s role. ....
